What is the Application Process?

The grant application is filled out and submitted online.  A PDF QuickView of the application is available by clicking HERE or calling the Foundation office.  Organizations without the ability to submit an online application should discuss alternatives with the Foundation staff prior to the application deadline.  Award decision will be finalized in September. If awarded, grant funds will be available and need to be utilized.
